Es gibt Schmerzen, die keine Worte tragen können – und Verluste, die die Seele für immer zeichnen. Dein Mut, darüber zu sprechen, ist ein Licht in einer Dunkelheit, die viele schweigend ertragen.
Du gibst dem Unsagbaren eine Stimme, einer Trauer, die oft im Verborgenen bleibt. Dein Herz spricht in Farben, wo Worte fehlen. Deine Kunst ist mehr als Farbe auf Leinwand – sie ist ein Flüstern für all jene, die glauben, alleine zu sein. Sie ist Trost, Hoffnung und ein leuchtendes Zeichen dafür, dass nach dem tiefsten Schmerz wieder Leben erblühen kann.
Dieser Verlust zerreißt, und doch hast du ihn in etwas verwandelt, das anderen Halt gibt. Du zeigst, dass auch in der zerbrochenen Seele noch Platz für Licht ist. Dafür danke ich dir von ganzem Herzen. Möge deine Geschichte viele berühren, trösten und daran erinnern, dass selbst im größten Schmerz Hoffnung wachsen kann.

1. Dein Weg in die Kunst ist tief mit deinem persönlichen Verlust verbunden, und du hast beschrieben, wie das Malen dir geholfen hat, innere Ruhe zu finden. Kannst du uns mehr darüber erzählen, wie die Kunst dir geholfen hat, den Schmerz zu heilen und dir Kraft zu geben? Welche Momente der Klarheit und des Friedens hast du im Schaffensprozess erfahren?
Kräftige Farben sind für mich wie gute Musik – sie wirken positiv auf unsere Psyche, beleben oder entspannen unseren Körper. Das Malen hilft mir, meinen Kopf abzuschalten, etwas, das mir seit dem Tod meines Sohnes unglaublich schwerfällt. Wenn ich mir vorstelle, wie das nächste Gemälde aussehen soll – welche Farben ich wähle, ob mit Struktur oder ohne, ob mit dem Malmesser oder den Händen – komme ich zur Ruhe.
In diesen Momenten ist es, als ob die Farben meine Gefühle aufnehmen und mir erlauben, für einen Augenblick durchzuatmen. Die Kunst gibt mir die Möglichkeit, meinen Schmerz auszudrücken, ohne Worte zu brauchen. Sie hilft mir, das Unfassbare zu verarbeiten, indem ich es in etwas Sichtbares verwandle.
2. In deiner Kunst vereinst du die sanfte Farbigkeit des Impressionismus mit der Tiefe der Abstraktion. Wie spiegeln diese beiden Strömungen nicht nur deine künstlerische Entwicklung wider, sondern auch die Werte und Gefühle, die du in deinem Leben trägst? Was möchtest du durch deine Werke den Menschen zeigen, die sie betrachten?
Mein Großvater und meine Kunstlehrer haben mir schon früh die Freude am Malen vermittelt. Obwohl es viele beeindruckende Gemälde gibt, fühle ich mich besonders zum Impressionismus und zur abstrakten Kunst hingezogen.
Der Impressionismus und die abstrakte Malerei haben trotz ihrer Unterschiede einige Gemeinsamkeiten. Beide legen großen Wert auf Farbe, die nicht nur ein visuelles Element ist, sondern Emotionen transportiert. In meinen Werken nutze ich Farben, um Stimmungen zu vermitteln – unabhängig davon, ob ein konkretes Motiv erkennbar ist oder nicht.
Was mich an der abstrakten Kunst besonders fasziniert, ist die Freiheit. Die Möglichkeit, mit verschiedenen Materialien und Techniken zu arbeiten, ohne mich festlegen zu müssen. Je nach Stimmung experimentiere ich mit unterschiedlichen Methoden, lasse mich vom Moment und meinen Gefühlen leiten.
Das Malen ist meine persönliche Auszeit, ein Rückzugsort, der mir hilft, den Alltag – besonders mit zwei lebhaften Kleinkindern – zu meistern. Mit meinen Werken möchte ich Freude, positive Assoziationen und ein inneres Leuchten schenken.
3. Du hast eine unglaublich bewegende Geschichte, die andere berühren und inspirieren kann. Hast du jemals darüber nachgedacht, wie du mit deiner Kunst und deinen Erfahrungen andere Frauen erreichen und unterstützen könntest? Wie könntest du durch deine Geschichte und dein künstlerisches Schaffen dazu beitragen, dass auch sie sich gestärkt und gesehen fühlen?
Ich freue mich über jeden Menschen, der meine Kunst betrachtet und in ihr Freude, Farbe und Licht findet.
Aber ich weiß auch, dass das Thema des Verlusts eines Kindes oder Babys noch immer ein Tabu ist. Deshalb ist es mir wichtig, zu sagen: Sprecht über euren Verlust. Auch wenn ihr auf Ablehnung oder Unverständnis stoßt – es ist wichtig, darüber zu reden. Ihr seid nicht allein.
Manchmal fehlt die Kraft, etwas für sich selbst zu tun, doch kleine Schritte können helfen. Es reicht, die Leinwand bereitzulegen, sich einfach auf die Yogamatte zu legen oder nur für einen Moment innezuhalten. Die Wunde wird nie verschwinden, aber um sie herum kann neues Leben und Freude wachsen.
Mit meiner Kunst möchte ich zeigen, dass trotz tiefer Trauer wieder Licht in das Leben zurückkehren kann – dass es möglich ist, Freude und Zuversicht neu zu entdecken, ohne dabei das Vergangene zu vergessen.
